Imperial Sundew, also known as Huoshan Huangya, is a high-quality yellow tea from Huoshan County, Anhui. This tea, made from young tea buds, is produced using a traditional stir-frying process. The tea was already praised by tea master Lu Yu in the "Cha Jing" and is known for its delicate aroma and sweet taste.

Preparation method

1. Add 2g Huoshan Huangya Tea to a glass.
2. Pour 100ml of water at 80°C over the tea.
